Los Angeles native, Jeff Edelstein always knew he wanted to open his own business. He worked with his father Zev at Gerald’s Hardware, the family’s hardware business in Westchester, CA. There he learned at an early age the meaning of hard work, honesty and commitment to customer service from his father’s example. Little did he know that these ideals would be the foundation for the business he wanted to create.
A part time start-up gave way to a full time passion. Jeff was able to secure a 100 sq. ft. warehouse space in Van Nuys, CA. It was in that warehouse space that Jeff’s dreams would not only manifest, but exceed his expectations.
Over the years, The United States has experienced many degrees of earthquakes and natural disasters. Ever mindful that we can not plan the moment a disaster strikes, we can always be prepared for the unexpected before. Each time Californians were faced with life changing experiences, SOS Survival Products was there to help meet their needs.
