0.35 mm PVC exterior laminated to polyester with a PVC interior coating
for strength and durability. It features a storm flap with double fly
snap, rear mesh vents for breathability and adjustable wrist cuffs. The
full cut size allows you to fit over your clothing. It's 100%
waterproof and non-conductive.
